• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. • If you cancel within this timeframe, your deposit will be transferred to a new appointment. • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred.
